# VMS Backend

**goals to be met**:

<li> Create and set up main database on a PostgreSQL server</li>
<li> Set up basic GET requests for Users, Vehicles, Assignments </li>
<li> Set up POST requests for Users, Vehicles, Assignments </li>
<li> Add token/cookie(?) authentication </li>
